Jen attended the University of Montana in Missoula, MT where she earned a Bachelor’s in Education while playing collegiate golf.  She spent 16 years in the education field and now is excited to be a Mortgage Lender.  She also was an active member of the United Way of Ottertail and Wadena County and Empowering Kids Board of Directors.  Jen is passionate about serving others and her community.  She joined United Community Bank in July of 2019.  She is excited to work in Mortgage Lending as a 5th generation banker in her family’s bank.  Jen loves helping her customers get into their dream homes.  She has a strong knowledge base with conventional, construction, rural development, FHA, and VA loans.  Jen prides herself on building relationships with her customers to meet their needs today and in the future.

Alec was born and raised in Perham, Minnesota. He attended Bemidji State University and earned bachelor degrees in finance and accounting. Alec joined United Community Bank in March of 2022. As a mortgage lender, Alec’s number one goal is to serve his community and empower them to reach their financial goals. Alec is passionate about finding the best financing solutions for his customers, no matter how complex. Outside of working hours, you can find Alec on the diamond coaching baseball, volunteering as a youth leader at Crosspoint Alliance Church, or enjoying the outdoors in a bow stand.
